Preventing Supply Chain Attacks: Enterprise-grade MSS for SMEs

DECEMBER 8, 2020. 11:00 AM (EST)

According to 2018 State of Cybersecurity in Small & Medium Size Businesses report by Ponemon Institute, 67% of companies experienced a cyberattack and data breach in the past 12 months. According to these companies, the biggest problems they faced are:

· not having the personnel to mitigate cyber risks, vulnerabilities and attacks (74% of respondents);

· insufficient budgets (55%);

· lack of understanding of how to protect themselves against cyberattacks (47%).

The market is full of managed security service providers who should be able to help organizations cope with these tasks. But such providers often need to deal with numerous challenges themselves, ranging from finding and maintaining security talent to limited capabilities for integration with existing tools.

In this webinar, we want to discuss ways to make enterprise-grade MSS effective, available and accessible not only to big businesses but also to medium and small size organizations, who are often targeted in supply chain attacks aimed at larger companies.

What you can expect:

· SMEs as targets of supply chain attacks

· Why MSS and SME seem incompatible

· What is and what is not a true SOC? Check your provider again

· What managed security services organizations really need

· Technologies, people, and processes needed to operate an efficient SOC and provide top level MSS

· Threats you can address with MSS

· MSS vs APT cyberattacks — what it takes to stop an intrusion/invasion

· Can MSS protect you from a BlackEnergy-type intrusion
